1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 9:00 AM (ET) on 8/20/08, visit www.vzwcargiveaway.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes.  Entries must be received by 4:59:59 PM (ET) on 10/20/08.  Limit one entry per e-mail address throughout the duration of the promotion.  If more than one entry is received per person throughout the duration of the promotion, only the first such entry received will be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas who are 18 (19 in Alabama) years of age or older and licensed drivers at the of time of entry.  Void where prohibited by law.  Employees of Verizon Wireless, Dodge, Motorola, Gillett Evernham Motorsports, Marketing Werks, Inc., D.L. Blair, Inc., participating retailers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

3. RANDOM DRAWING: 5 First Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10/21/08 from among all eligible entries received.  Drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes.  Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the promotion closing date.  Winners will be notified by mail/phone.

4. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV): (6) prizes, with a total approximate retail value of $62,945 will be awarded as follows: (1) Grand Prize - A 2009  Dodge Charger.  Specific interior/exterior colors, options and features are at Sponsor’s discretion.  (MSRP:  $47,945).  No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.  Winner must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance to take delivery of Grand Prize vehicle and must take delivery of the vehicle at a dealership to be determined by Dodge.  All costs related to acceptance and use of the vehicle, including but not limited to title, insurance, license, and registration fees are the sole responsibility of the winner; (5) First Prizes – A 3-day/2-night trip for two from November 14 – November 16, 2008 to Miami, Florida to attend the championship NASCAR race at the Homestead Miami Speedway and to attend the Grand Prize event to determine the winner of the 2009 Dodge Charger.  Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from gateway airport nearest winner’s home, hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), tickets for 2 to the race and transportation to/from Miami airport to hotel, grand prize event and race.  (Maximum ARV: $3,000 ea.).  The actual retail value of the prize will depend on the winner’s point of departure/return.  Trip does not include gratuities, luggage fees, phone calls, souvenirs, or any other expenses not specifically listed herein.  Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply.  Travel must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor and is subject to change.  In order to be eligible for the Grand Prize, First Prize winners must agree to travel and participate in event in which the Grand Prize winner will be determined.  Details about how the Grand Prize will be awarded will be provided at event.  Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.  Limit one First Prize per person or household. 

Additional Limitations:  Dodge’s standard vehicle limited warranty, as set forth in the vehicle’s Owner’s Guide, will apply to the prize vehicle.  No other warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, will apply.

5. GENERAL RULES:All federal, state and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are sole responsibility of winner.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  All entries become the sole property of Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless (“Verizon Wireless”), and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged.  Potential winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability within 5 days of attempted notification.  Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and that prize will not be awarded.  Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected if time permits.  By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.  Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list, unless prohibited by law.  Winners and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the sweepstakes, agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, GEMS Motorsports LP, their respective directors, officers, managers, employees and affiliates, Ray Evernham, Kasey Kahne, Elliott Sadler, Erin Crocker, Patrick Carpentier, Boris Said and Chase Miller and their respective parents, subsidiaries, division, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional agencies harmless from and against any and all liability and damages, including but not limited to any claims based on rights of privacy, rights of publicity.  Neither GEMS Motorsports LP, their respective members, managers or affiliates, Ray Evernham, Kasey Kahne, Elliott Sadler, Erin Crocker, Patrick Carpentier, Boris Said, nor Chase Miller are responsible for any aspects of the sweepstakes and they assume no responsibility or liability with respect thereto.  By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions which are final.  In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.  All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.  Purchase or acceptance of a product offer does not improve your chances of winning.
